Women of Excellence & Standard Fellowship
Y.E.S. We Can Consulting, LLC (You Empower Success) offers the Women of Excellence & Standard
(W.O.E.S) Fellowship Program - "Growing Up the Little Girl" of 6 or 12 months for women ages 18 to 21.
Our W.O.E.S. Fellowship Program seeks to provide an on-site counseling facility, life coach, nutritionist, tutoring professionals, and extracurricular activities for traditional and non-traditional high school, college, and adult age women that come from low-income, middle, and upper-class families with or without support. This program provides various services to meet the needs of these individual young ladies to help them succeed in life and not just become another statistic. Our program helps them with their education, living arrangements, healthcare, job search, and financial support for their education and future. Our staff consists of medical doctors, nutritionists, master-level therapists, and life coaches to be able to implement innovative resources that have rarely existed before in our community and leave our blueprint in every individual we come into contact with.
Our W.O.E.S. Fellowship Program is longer and much more in-depth
than our W.O.E.S. Mentoring Program, with 6 important Phases:
Phase 1: RESTORE
In the first phase, our program will focus on returning the girls to their whole selves, before we grow them up and graduate them to the next stage of the program. Our mentoring program will develop a new foundation of trust by implementing Christian counseling, healing, deliverance, and restoration within the women.
Phase 2: IMPART
In the second phase, our program will work on one-on-one mentoring by carefully selecting the right counselor/life coach to work with the women hands on and individually to impart life back into them. It will also include networking and rebuilding the girl within.
Phase 3: EMPOWER
In the third phase, our program will work on providing community resources (such as job, leadership, financial, academic, workshops, conferences, and cultural opportunities) that will empower them with greatness. We will provide fundraisers to help support and fund various trips for active members in the mentoring program to be able to experience new and exciting life rewarding opportunities that they may have never had the chance to experience before (events include Summer Camps, Cultural Outings, & College Tours, etc). These events will take place in the spring, summer, and fall months.
Phase 4: ENCOURAGE
In the fourth phase, our program will work on providing encouragement through pairing ladies up in groups of 3-5 to start peer group mentoring, which will allow the ladies to keep each other accountable and encouraged. We will share words of affirmation on daily basis amongst one another and share real-life experiences/testimonies with one another in a safe environment.
Phase 5: IMPACT
In the fifth phase, our program takes everything the women and mentors have learned together and uses it to impact the world. We will provide opportunities for the women to give back to their community through volunteering, cultural diversity, reunifying families, community involvement, and begin preparation for our final phase and the Annual Scholarship Banquet.
Phase 6: CULMINATION
“It takes a village to raise a little girl.”
In the final phase of our program, the successful "From Girls to Women Graduates" will be strategically matched and paired with a new enrollee which they will then turn around and lead through our program. We will also host our Annual Scholarship Banquet, in which we select 2-3 potential candidates to be nominated for a scholarship through our program. The nominees will have to write and share their God given vision, purpose, and impact of our program in a creative and innovative way to be selected as a final recipient.
Time commitments include after school, daily, half-day, evening, weekends, and month-to-month as a off-site community outreach center participant. Part-time and full-time non-residential and residential services are provided. Women who are interested in the program must first apply to be accepted,
and certain criteria has to be met to be eligible.
